Dr. Presley Caplinger graduated from West Virginia University with her Doctorate in Audiology and a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Born and raised in Clarksburg, West Virginia, she brings several years of experience as an ENT audiologist along with a genuine passion for helping others. Her goal is to make a positive impact in the community by helping patients improve their hearing, communication, and overall quality of life.

While she discovered audiology somewhat unexpectedly during her studies, it quickly became a calling. Growing up in a loud Italian family, Dr. Caplinger learned just how important hearing is for staying connected to the people around us. The thought of missing those conversations, laughter, and shared moments gave her a unique appreciation for the challenges of hearing loss and inspired her passion for helping others hear their best.

Dr. Caplinger joined the Brighter Hearing team in June 2026, already fully licensed and credentialed, and sees patients across all three Low Country offices.
