Richmond Hill Office FAQs
Answers to common questions about our Richmond Hill office on Ford Ave — hours, the services we offer, parking and accessibility, and how to book your first visit in Bryan County.
Our Richmond Hill office at 9665 Ford Ave is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Because our Doctors of Audiology keep busy schedules and rotate between our Savannah, Richmond Hill, and Wilmington Island offices, appointments are strongly recommended so we can give you our full attention. Walk-ins are welcome when time allows, but booking ahead is the surest way to be seen on the day and time that works best for you. To check current availability or schedule a visit, call us at (912) 431-3193 or request an appointment online.
The Richmond Hill office offers our full menu of audiology care. That includes diagnostic hearing evaluations with specialized speech-in-noise testing, advanced hearing aids from all major manufacturers, professional fittings with Live Speech Mapping verification, tinnitus evaluation and treatment, earwax removal, hearing aid repairs and maintenance, and custom hearing protection. We are also a proud VES, QTC, and LHI provider for Veterans hearing evaluations. Whatever brought you in, you will be cared for by a Doctor of Audiology. Call (912) 431-3193 to talk through which service is right for you.
Scheduling is easy. Call our office at (912) 431-3193 or fill out our online appointment request form and choose Richmond Hill as your preferred location. We will follow up to confirm a time that fits your schedule. Appointments are strongly recommended, so booking ahead is the best way to be seen promptly. One important note for Veterans: if you were referred through VES, QTC, or LHI, your appointment must be scheduled — and any date or time changes made — through your referring source, as our office is unable to modify VA-referred appointments directly.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of any current medications. If you have had a hearing test or own hearing aids, bring those records and devices along too. We also encourage you to bring a spouse or close family member — a familiar voice is helpful during hearing aid verification, and a second set of ears makes it easier to remember what we discuss. If you are a Veteran being seen through VES, QTC, or LHI, bring any paperwork from your referring source. Have questions before your visit? Call us at (912) 431-3193.
